1. Appearance: The surface of the film is smooth and clean, without defects such as folds, tears, particles, bubbles, pinholes and foreign impurities, and the edges are neat and free of damage.
2. Width and length: The film is supplied in rolls or trays. The width is 10-620mm, and the width and length are determined by mutual agreement according to user requirements.
3. Thickness and allowable deviation.
Polyimide film is a class H insulating film produced by condensation of homophthalic dianhydride and diaminodiphenyl ether in high polarity solvent and then by "salivation method". It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, electrical insulation, bonding, radiation resistance, dielectric resistance, chemical stability and flame retardancy.
Polyimide film is used in various traction motors, submerged oil motors, nuclear power equipment, high temperature resistant wire and cable, electromagnetic wire, special electrical appliances, anti-bus bar, anti-toxic masks, high temperature resistant flexible printed circuit substrates, flat circuits and speaker voice coil skeletons, etc. It is the only polyimide film that is not warped for die-cutting use in China.
